After the great success of the Basel premiere of “The 99 Names” in October 2022, there will be another chance to hear the work in St.Gallen and Bern in May this year. “The 99 Names” will be performed by the Basel Madrigalists, Rolf Romei and Kerem Adıgüzel under the direction of the composer, Jessica Horsley. In times of clashing opposites, the work builds bridges between different cultures and traditions.
The second half of the programme gives a chance to revisit Jessica’s popular “Mass of Light”, for Choir, Organ and Sufi whirlers.
